Welcome to Concept 360 Property Management. We're excited to have you as a tenant. Start off your tenancy on the right foot by reviewing these details.
First Month's Rent & Security Deposit
Your first month's rent check, security deposit, and any applicable fees must be taken care of at the lease signing. Please contact us in advance if you have any questions.
Move-in Date & Inspection
We will provide all necessary information about the move-in at the lease signing.
Please note, as a tenant in one of our properties, you are responsible for all utilities. The accounts for your property should be placed in your name as quickly as possible after moving in.
We're always sad to see good things come to an end, but we hope you had a great stay in your rental home and we wish you the best of luck moving forward.
Notice of Intent to Vacate
You'll need to give us written notice of your intent to vacate. Please refer to the terms of your lease to determine your move-out date.
Your property must be returned to its original condition before you return the keys:
- Rental Cleaning: Thoroughly clean your property before you vacate the property. Remove all of your belongings, clean the floors, and wipe down all surfaces.
- Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you have outdoor space in your rental property, you must take care of any normal maintenance responsibilities once more before leaving.
- Repairs: If any damage has taken place during your stay, please make an attempt to repair this damage before you leave. You can work with our property managers to find an amicable solution if necessary.
We will return your security deposit after we conduct the final inspection of the residence. If damage has occurred, we will make repairs and deduct expenses from your deposit.
Your security deposit will be returned to within 21 days of your departure, along with a detailed statement, in accordance with California law.
